Return and Exchange Policy

First: Return and exchange period
• Return: The customer has the right to request a return of the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition, unopened, unused, and has not been damaged.
• Replacement: The customer has the right to request a replacement of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, according to the same conditions above.
Second: Conditions for accepting the application
A return or exchange request is accepted in the following cases:
• The product must be in its original condition, unused or opened.
• It must be in its original packaging without any damage.
• Provide the purchase invoice or order number.
• The product is not exposed to any damage resulting from misuse or storage.
Third: Who bears the shipping costs?
• In the event of a return or exchange due to the customer’s request (such as: changing his mind, inappropriate size):
The customer bears the full shipping costs (return or resend).
• In case of an error from the store (such as sending the wrong product, or a damaged or defective product):
Faris.fitt bears all shipping and exchange costs.
Fourth: Products that are not returnable or exchangeable
• Opened or used products.
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse.
• Products sold under special offers and clearly stated as non-returnable.
• Any product that is custom-ordered or customized for the customer.

1. Order number.
2. Name of the product to be returned or exchanged.

After reviewing the request, we will inform you of the return steps and confirm acceptance within 2-3 business days.
Sixth: Refund
• The amount will be refunded to the same original payment method, within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product and verifying its condition.
• In case of replacement, the replacement product will be sent after receiving the returned product and ensuring that it meets the conditions.
